We want you to love your WarmPeak vest. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. The 30-day return window starts on the day your order is delivered.

How to request a return

To start a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us and we will help you arrange an exchange instead of a refund.

Final sale items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
