Is a power bank included with the heated vest or gloves?

The 6000mAh 5V USB power bank is sold separately. Check the product details for power compatibility before ordering.

Can I wash the vest and gloves?

Yes. Disconnect and remove the power bank before washing, follow the care label on each item, and let the item dry completely before reconnecting power.

Can I wash the power bank?

No. Keep the power bank dry and never put it in a washing machine.
